Nola Silzer

Nola brings to the Board her experience as a family lawyer, policy analyst, and parent of an SD63 graduate (K-12). Since coming on the Board in 2018, she has been Chair of the Human Resources Committee and Board representative to the BC Public School Employers' Association.  She also sits on the Education Direction Committee and the Strategic Planning Advisory Committee.  The best part about being on the Saanich Board of Education, Nola says, is learning and working with staff, partners, First Nations, and parents to ensure that our students have the best education possible to meet their needs.
