School Plans
Saanich Schools is reimagining how we plan for success. We’re creating a process that puts our community at the heart of decision-making. Our goal? Continuous growth and alignment with the district’s priorities.
This new way of planning integrates the Inquiry Model with First Peoples Principles of Learning and centers around feedback and the voices of our students. School plans aren’t static; they’re living documents that grow and adapt with input from staff, families, and community partners. Authentic, ongoing data collection helps us make informed and timely adjustments, so our schools stay responsive to what students need most.
School plans are reviewed regularly to keep us focused on our strategic goals while honouring the unique character of each school and its community. Together, we’re building a culture of shared responsibility and ongoing improvement, setting a new standard for educational planning in Saanich Schools.
School goals are intricately linked to the district's 2022–2027 Strategic Plan, which prioritizes the following focus areas.
