
Do you love creating order, bringing beauty to the details, and helping customers feel special even from afar? Nest & Nook Housewares is looking for a Part-Time Fulfilment & Styling Coordinator to join our small but mighty team.
What You’ll Do
- Receive and unpack incoming inventory with care
- Price, tag, and organize products in our back-of-shop warehouse
- Manage our online order system: packaging and shipping orders beautifully and securely so they arrive in one piece and feel like a gift
- Upload new products to our online shop, including photos, descriptions, and updates to ensure our website feels fresh and inspiring
- Keep our back room tidy, efficient, and organized so our storefront can shine
What We’re Looking For
- Someone detail-oriented with an eye for presentation and quality
- A team player who enjoys rolling up their sleeves in a busy, creative environment
- Comfort working with technology (website platforms, order systems, basic photo uploading)
- Dependability and initiative — you see what needs doing and make it happen
- Previous retail, e-commerce, or fulfilment experience is an asset but not required
Hours & Perks
- Approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility on scheduling
