Responsibilities:

• Provide guests with personalized shopping experiences and exceptional customer service
• Utilize Suzanne’s Customer Service Experience Sequence to greet and assist customers
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
• Meet or exceed store sales goals and targets
• Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure smooth store operations
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stay informed about Suzanne’s fashion trends and new merchandise arrivals
• Cultivate relationships with guests to foster a loyal customer base

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience in women’s retail fashion, with the ability to work independently
• Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, climb ladders, and perform light housekeeping duties
• Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for exceeding sales goals
• Experience with meeting sales targets is an asset
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
