Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, preparing vegetables ensuring a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities
- Assist in meal preparation
- Support food handling and safety procedures to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas
- Follow proper food safety protocols at all times to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Support team members during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks
- Adhere to all restaurant policies and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Skills
- Experience in food preparation or the food industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food service
- Prior kitchen experience experience is a plus but not mandatory
