Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, preparing vegetables ensuring a clean and safe environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals enjoy an array of tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in meal preparation
  • Support food handling and safety procedures to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas
  • Follow proper food safety protocols at all times to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Support team members during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks
  • Adhere to all restaurant policies and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Skills

  • Experience in food preparation or the food industry is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of kitchen operations.
  • Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food service
  • Prior kitchen experience experience is a plus but not mandatory

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
