Award winning Fresh Cup Roastery Café in Saanichton is looking for a PART-TIME Barista/Front Counter person to join our team.

This is the perfect job for someone who is looking to expand their customer service skills, work in a fast-paced fun environment and make great daily tips ! This is a great position for a University of College student who would like to balance their school and work life, or someone who wants a less hectic schedule, while making great money on weekends !

PLEASE BE LOCAL, or have a solid plan to move to the Victoria Area. **We will not assist foreign workers to gain access to Canada.**

Aside from your love of organic and farmer direct coffee you must have experience working in a fast paced environment and the ability to multi-task. Fresh Cup Cafe offers award winning coffee roasted–in-store, and has a strong base of loyal customers who appreciate the freshness and quality we offer in both the coffee and in-house made bakery and food we sell. Daily TIPS paid out, no tip-pooling. We are looking for people who want to hustle a little more but make a little more in return through TIPS. Experience preferred but we are willing to train a person with a genuine cooperative attitude!

The following talents and characteristics are an asset: Specialty coffee making experience, strong work ethic, works well under pressure, friendly outgoing personality, honest, loyal, and the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
