We are looking for students interested in a part time entry level sales and marketing position doing door to door marketing for Scholars Edge Painting. You will be working in the Cordova Bay and Royal Oak neighbourhoods.

The ideal candidate is:

• Competitive, sales require drive and thinking on your feet. There’s no better way to learn sales than door to door. 
• Someone who enjoys talking to people
• Goal oriented, this can make you a lot of money in this position
• Good at communicating
• Independent as you will be working alone sometimes

Your Responsibilities in this role:

• Marketing for 4-10 hours weekly - options for marketing shifts include weekdays 3:30/4 pm - 5:30/6:30 pm and weekends between 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm. These times are flexible and we are happy to work around your schedule.
• Knocking on doors, introducing yourself and the company, and soliciting business with residence of Cordova Bay and Royal Oak
• Scheduling estimates at the door on a shared google calendar and collecting client names, phone numbers, and addresses 
• Objection handling at the door

Compensation plan:

• You will be paid $20 an hour + $10 for every lead that becomes an estimate once you have completed 2-3 training shifts paid at $18 an hour with $5 for each lead that becomes an estimate.
