Responsibilities

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist in merchandising products effectively to enhance visibility and sales.
• Perform stocking duties to maintain inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
