We are looking for a few reliable and personable team members to join our small Family run Marine Chandlery located in Wesport Marina Haul out yard, North Saanich near BC ferries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and assisting customer inquiries
• Operating the cash register and debit transactions
• Providing excellent customer service
• Assisting with daily store operations alongside the owner
• Opening and closing the store as needed
• Receiving and shelving inventory
• Maintaining the store in an orderly fashion

About the Role:

• Regular, consistent work schedule (full time or part time options)
• Store operates during standard business hours, seven days a week.
• Safe, clean, and pleasant workplace
• A supportive, hands-on role in a one-of-a-kind fun, retail setting

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• knowledge in boating or marine products is an asset, but training provided
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Location Requirements:

• Applicants must be based in the Victoria area
• Living on the Saanich Peninsula is an asset or must be willing to commute

Position Details:

• Full-time or part-time opportunities available
• We are seeking year round employee but seasonal work may be accommodated
• Open to candidates of all legal working ages
