Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure all team members excel in their roles.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering
  • Manage customer orders with professionalism and efficiency, upselling menu items when appropriate
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
  • Assist in food handling, plating, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service to enhance guest experience
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces
  • Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables or orders simultaneously
  • Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates

  • Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and communication
  • Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
