Overview

We are seeking a friendly, reliable Server to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate has previous serving experience, enjoys working with guests, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This position includes tips, in addition to the hourly wage. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, and creating a welcoming dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Process payments, handle cash, and manage bills accurately
• Upsell menu items in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Manage multiple tables efficiently during busy service periods
• Assist with light prep or kitchen support when needed
• Address guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience is required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Basic math skills for handling payments and tabs
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
