Our very busy farm market on the Saanich Peninsula is now hiring seasonal staff!! This position is weekdays and weekends.

We are looking for reliable, punctual, motivated and friendly staff to work in the market. Applicants must be able to deal friendly and efficiently with customers in a very fast paced environment. The market is extremely busy once corn season begins so employees need to be organized, quick, friendly with the customers and able to work either independently or as a team.

Duties include stocking produce bins, packaging produce, weighing products, working the till, answering the phone, doing up curbside orders and other duties as necessary, setting up in the mornings and closing in the evenings. A fair amount of physical work is required, for example, lifting some heavy boxes, sacking corn, helping customers to their vehicles with purchases and being on your feet for extended periods of time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
