Job Description

Rogers’ Chocolates is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Oriented Sales Associate at our Sidney store location. Our company culture is fun loving and friendly, so we seek like minded individuals.

This position is paid hourly and includes company discounts.

Duties

• Sell and promote Rogers’ Chocolates in our retail store!
• Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company Policies & Procedures and established Best Practices.
• Provides efficient, accurate service at counter.
• Perform a variety of operational activities as assigned by the Director of Sales.
• Must be available weekends.
• Work well in a team environment, create energy and excitement around shared goals and values, contribute to an environment of trust and respect, act with urgency and integrity, demonstrate flexibility and HAVE FUN!

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales associate role
• Must have customer service experience
• Strong command of point of sale systems an asset
• Ability to work with limited direction
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to complete several concurrent tasks at a time
• Have flexible availability
• A commitment to exceeding quality standards and a love for chocolate!
