Saanich Historical Artifacts Society is looking for volunteers June 20th & 21st. 

Position: Craft Assistant
Want to help children with crafts and other activities? SHAS is looking for two or three volunteers on June 20th and 21st in the schoolhouse. You would be assisting with the two craft stations and the coloring table. All instructions and materials are provided. This can be done as a pair.
Crafts are open from 10am to 4pm. It can be chaotic when it is busy but it is a lot of fun.

Position: General "Gopher" and Coverage
Do you like helping out in general? We could use one or two people as general "go-for" people. Also taking messages around the site, covering other volunteer stations when they need a break. No knowledge is required, that is strictly a "The carpenter will be back in 15 minutes, please look but don't touch" job. Possibly helping with some garbage - pick-up during the day. This can be done as a pair. Site is open to the public from 10am to 4pm. The day will likely be sunny so sunscreen and a hat are recommended.
