Joyce Vandall

Joyce is an award-winning educator with over 30 years of experience, having taught at the elementary, secondary, and post secondary levels in three provinces and overseas in Sierra Leone. She has served on national, provincial, and municipal boards focussed on education, literacy and diversity.  Joyce is passionate about public education and ensuring that students have a positive learning experience and a desire for life-long learning.
