Saanich band students have been busy making music, and memories!

Stelly's band students traveled to Edmonton for the Cantando Festival where, they not only performed, but also had the opportunity to sing in an 800 person choir.  Powerful!

The Stelly’s Senior Band and Choir attended the Saanich Showcase at the Brentwood Bandshell which was well attended by families and community members.

The music program at Royal Oak is continuing to grow and students have been busy performing in a variety of concerts, including for our elementary feeder schools, and participating in the Port Alberni Music Festival. 

Students from Royal Oak Middle School and Parkland Secondary School travelled to the Whistler Con Brio Music Festival to perform, interact and enjoy a variety of music along with bands from across the region.
