Future Ready is an interactive program designed for young women and gender-diverse youth ages 17–25 to help youth build confidence, strengthen real-world skills, and connect with an inspiring peer community. Participants will learn from young leaders who have recently transitioned into the workforce, practice networking with experienced professionals, and develop skills they can apply right away in school, work, and everyday life.

The program is well suited for youth who are transitioning from high school to post-secondary education, preparing to enter the workforce, or looking to build skills and confidence before taking their next steps.
