On March 3, 2023, students from Bayside, North Saanich and Royal Oak Middle Schools participated in regional Junior Skills Canada competitions alongside students from neighbouring South Island schools.  

Here are the placements:

Gravity Car:  Bayside - Gold and Bronze

Jr Woodworking:  Royal Oak - Gold  North Saanich - Silver

Jr Spaghetti Bridge:  Bayside - Bronze

Jr Sumo:  Bayside - Gold, Silver and Bronze

Saanich students performed well in all competitions and we are proud of you all!  Good luck at Provincials in April!
