Energy Sustainability

The Board is committed to reducing the local and global impact of district activities to a practical minimum through actions based on an increased awareness of human caused environmental impact.  The Board expects that efforts are made to reduce, where practicable, the district's consumption of resources including energy in order to reduce the district's carbon footprint.  The Board receives an annual report on sustainability measures and initiatives designed to reduce the district's carbon footprint, as well as their customers.
