Risk Management
Risk Management is the coordinated monitoring of risk throughout the school district to inform decision making, planning and resource allocation. Improved understanding of risk informs better decisions and demonstrates to the community that the district is accountable for managing risk. Monitoring and responding to risk is a continuous process and each year the district prepares a risk report documenting the current assessments of risk and an overview of plans to respond to assessed risks.
